Оплачен номер Комфорт с завтраком шведский стол с 3.01 по 9.01 для бизнес поездки. Сотрудник отеля сообщил, что завтрак шведский стол был отменен и будет завтрак континентальный. Плюс не работает банный комплекс и сауна. Отель выбирала из-за наличия банного комплекса и завтрака шведский стол! Требую компенсацию ущерба за обозначенные и не доставленные услуги! На 30.12 на вашем сайте нет информации про замену формы завтраков и про неработающий банный комплекс и сауну!

Расположение отеля конечно отличное. В самом центре, выходишь и оказываешься на местном Арбате. Номера укомплектованы всем: халат, тапочки, все принадлежности гигиенические включая бритву и расчёску. Но: заехал в номер в районе 11 вечера - третий этаж , номер мансарда и шёл мощный запах из канализации. На следующий день его не было. Но как то неприятно... В номере нет стола просто за которым можно сидеть. Нужно было поработать за ноутбуком, пришлось как то приспосабливаться, полноценного рабочего места нет. Обычно в гостиницах всё же есть столы за которыми можно сидеть. Интернет быстрый. Завтрак хороший. Сначала кажется , что выбора нет, очень скромный шведский стол. Но на самом деле просто всё как то разрозненно стоит, но разнообразие / выбор есть. Персонал дружелюбный. В общем можно вернуться, камерная обстановка за более менее адекватные деньги.

Гостиница с расположением в самом центре в непосредственной близости от туристических объектов рядом с пешеходной улицей (променад). Хорошие номера, достойный завтрак, свежая мебель, приятное постельное белье, халаты и тп. Ничего плохого сказать не могу.

Отель в самом центре города, недалеко от пешеходной улицы. Номера чистые, укомплектованы всем необходимым. Мебель новая, матрас и постельное белье - зачет. Чисто, вежливый персонал. Не повезло с завтраками - локдаун, заказ по меню и не самый большой выбор
