Suite rooms spacious, comfortable and the property very close to Mont Orford ski area. We really enjoyed the many different hot tubs and one cold tub, with several saunas also.

C’est notre endroit préféré en couple! Bel hôtel et chambres très tranquilles avec cuisinette et foyer. Lits massants ultra confortables. On adore! Les piscines et spas sont relaxants, c’est le meilleur endroit pour se détendre. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité, ce qui est bien pratique!

I didn't realize what a treat I was in for. The king suite was spacious and very unique. It had a large bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower and nightlight. The bed was comfortable with a meditation gizmo and huge tv. The separate living area had a couch, long padded bench, small table to eat at, a fireplace and murphy bed. Nice black-out curtains. A small patio contained a swing and table with chairs. There is also a small kitchen. all very clean although there is the smell of a woodstove for obvious reasons. The outdoor pool area is amazing. 5 hot tubs, ample seating, saunas, good music and great atmosphere. I didn't use the indoor pool but made use of the very small gym. It was such a relaxing experience and perfect for getting away from it all. Great place to go alone if you are so inclined.

We stayed in a whirlpool suite. Minimal funishings, 4 spoons. No knives or forks. 1 wine glass. There is a wine opener and 2 champagne glasses. Minimal furnishings. Old mattress with tacky bed massager. Poor lighting with 2 bed lights and one floor lamp. Low unstable coffee table easily tipped. Hot water is scalding and will burn if not turned down quickly. Room temp set to 23 degrees C, can only turn down to 20 degrees. Heated floor in bathroom could be nice but thermostat was set to 30 degrees. Could be 4 star with a couple of forks and knives, a new mattress, another wine glass, and more sensitivity to energy conservation and climate change. Please turn down the hot water temp and thermostats when room is not occupied.
