Abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera e ci hanno subito spostati. Purtroppo alcune camere non erano disponibili perché stanno facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione ma il personale, sempre molto cortese, si è impegnato per venirci incontro. Le camere sono pulite, comodo il materasso non così i cuscini che ho dovuto far sostituire. Migliorabile la colazione. Le bevande calde vengono erogate da una macchinetta a disposizione degli ospiti, non c’è servizio al tavolo da parte del personale. Annesso alla struttura c’è un buon ristorante che propone agli ospiti dell’hotel un menu convenzionato.

Plenty of pillows! Lovely staff served us breakfast. Nice spacious room. Walked to dinner next door and had a fabulous meal.

Hotel dal nome importante, regale, che appunto deve dimostrare di esserlo ed infatti lo fa egregiamente con la sua eleganza, il suo lusso discreto e mai esibito. Personale efficiente e gentile, colazione varia e di qualità. Unico piccolo neo camera un pó piccola, forse la nostra. In generale però è stato un magnifico carnevale con la visione della Sartiglia ed un piacevole soggiorno.

Great location, lovely staff and fab nice traditional hotel. We had a lovely balcony area outside overlooking the square which was brill. Breakfast was good too.

Town centre with cafés and bars just a few minutes walk and room was large. It was a bit noisy when we were there, there was some building work next door and the hotel is on the main road.
