Lugar muy comodo limpio agradable personal muy amable y cerca de todos los atractivos turisticos visitar el parque de loa dinosaurios y el tobogan de la montañ renta de carritos para realizar recorrido fabuloso

Me encantaba ese hotel porque llevo 13 años visitándolo, dos o tres veces por año, tenían un toque familiar que me encantaba por los empleados tan cálidos que tenían siempre aunque cambiaran, ese calor de hogar siempre me atraía; esta última vez volvieron a cambiar de empleados y se perdió ese toque familiar mágico que tenía el hotel, es una verdadera lástima qué haya pasado eso, seguiré yendo porque es un hotel pintoresco y limpio pero extrañé y extrañaré mucho esa calidez humana que tenía

Con anterioridad ya habíamos estado en ese hotel, tiene una gran ubicación, el sonido del Río y las aves es espectacular, sin embargo el personal nada amable, tanto el joven como la señorita de la recepción ni siquiera contestan él buenos días. Tampoco nos permitieron guardar nuestro vehículo en el estacionamiento.

Una estancia como siempre placentera, escuchando el sonido del río, de las aves y los rugidos de los leones ( ya que estamos muy cerca del Paseo del Rio) por las mañanas, Una atención increíble, algunos detalles que no cambian mi opinión del hotel
