This is a very nice, perfectly located hotel. It’s not a LUXURIOUS hotel. The Guest service folks were all very helpful and super friendly. My only two grievances are that the hot tub wasn’t operational, not really that big of a deal, and that the in hotel bar was not open. Ever. We were visiting family that stayed in the same hotel and that is part of the reason for staying there. We thought it would be nice to not have to venture out after the end of the day, and have a couple drinks. This wasn’t a huge deal either, except I think it should be noted somewhere under the amenities that the in-house bar is closed at this time. The breakfast services was wonderful. The food and service! It’s our 2nd stay with this particular Hilton Garden Inn.

This property is very clean and has a Texas roadhouse across the parking lot. Rooms are reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast extra.

If the hotel was rated on staff alone, it would be a 5. We had great interactions with the people at the desk, who were always pleasant and welcoming. However, this property isn’t well maintained.there are large pits in the floors in the hallways. One of my colleagues fell because of these and there has been no follow up to check on her.
