Universal Stella Nova Resort

That is the best hotel I stayed in Orlando. It is very close to universal studios Epic park. Unfortunately they don’t have one close to Disney world. Otherwise I would book it all the way for the 9 days trip. Great location clean and mordern design. Especially front desk people are very professional. I’m from texas. I don’t know anything here. So the front desk gentleman he is friendly telling us where to the pool where is our room at and where is breakfast and what time etc. awesome ! Only one thing I wish the dinning area have some pasta that would be great. Oatmeal bowl is great Sweet potatoes fries great ….. some food are just ok. They have laundry room roughly $4.25. Very good. Water filter place is great. Swimming pool is great and clean. Guards are very responsible. I hope this hotel spread more business . I would go for this hotel any location .

I stayed for 3 nights and did not receive any housekeeping service at all. When I checked in, your front desk staff informed me that housekeeping would only be provided once every two nights. So, after staying for two nights, I specifically spoke to a housekeeping staff member before going out and asked him to clean the room. He said he had noted it down. However, when I returned to my room that evening, nothing had been cleaned at all! I even had to call to request towels. This made me feel that staying there at that price was not worth it at all.

There was no room slipper and no foam pillows. There was also no daily cleaning of room leading to towels not changed. The non-regular cleaning and no changing of towels daily was not mentioned in trip.com as well as not told during check-in.

Brand new hotel. Everything immaculately clean. Friendly helpful staff. Basic restaurant/canteen sufficient for a night or two but for longer stays you’ll want to go out. 10 mins walk to epic universe.

I recently stayed at a fantastic new hotel that offers an incredible experience with plenty of Universal's Epic Universe nearby. The location is perfect for those who love theme parks and attractions. The hotel provides easy access to all the nearby activities, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
