The room isn't small and it's very quiet. It's quite convenient to get around, for example, Epic Universe is about a 60-dollar Uber ride away. There's also a Red Lobster nearby, which offers great value for money, and a McDonald's. The staff are very enthusiastic and provided detailed answers to my questions. There's a free shuttle to all the parks, and you can check in early for just a few dollars. The room doesn't come with toothbrushes or slippers, so you'll need to prepare those in advance. You can get a quick refund.

I stayed at the Hilton for two days, and overall it was great. There's a bus stop right next door that goes to Disneyland and Universal Studios (including Epic Universe). The overall environment is really nice and new. As for this Hilton specifically, I'd say it's pretty standard, nothing extraordinary. The only slight annoyance was having to pay for water bottles, but thankfully, my Honors Silver status saved me by providing two free bottles daily. The only real downside was the front desk agent who checked me in on the afternoon of October 30th (I think his name was Daniel or something similar). He was a young man of Mexican descent and seemed quite rude/impatient when he couldn't find my reservation number right away. If you're here for a conference, it's very close to the Orlando Convention Center. However, if you're coming for theme parks, you might want to consider the two Hiltons closer to Disney. If you're only visiting Universal, this one is perfectly fine, as the other options are ridiculously far away.

Highly recommended, honestly! The staff were super attentive, the place is very new, and the beds, pillows, and cleanliness were all a perfect 10/10.

The hotel is relatively new and having a 24-hour convenience store (open 14 hours, so not 24 hours, but convenient enough) is a plus. However, possibly due to recent renovations, there's a strong smell. The room itself is quite spacious, but the soundproofing isn't great. You can hear it when guests next door or upstairs use the restroom, so I recommend closing your bathroom door when sleeping. Breakfast was standard. Since I was here for a business trip, I didn't get to experience much else.

The room is clean and tidy, it is very convenient to go to Universal Studios, and the breakfast is also good. You can go to Universal Studios to eat at any time during the trip. It is a very satisfying experience. The key is that you can live alone if you are under 21 years old, which solves a lot of troubles
