Kimberly i think was her name at the front desk was exceptional! Very polite and knows what she is doing. The airport transfer was a big help. Spacious room and clean as well. Breakfast was decent.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The food is not good mostly breakfast. The service was dependant on who was serving you. Veron at the front desk was super supportive, friendly and kind.

The problem I had was there was construction going on and I was awaken at 7:00am by the sound of hammers and pounding. This continued all day. So my sleep was interrupted. The Airconditioning went out in my unit rm 522 on the hottest day. It was 94 degrees outside, my room was 80 degrees and I had to move to rm 602. The breakfasts served were nothing like the advertisement pictures. No bacon only sausage patties. Waffles were good and other amenities. The rooms were nicely laid out and comfortable aside from the Airconditioning. Showers lacked bodywash and shampoo, but there were plenty of towels and the bathroom lighting was good. Overall it was ok because I could use the microwave and stove to cook my own meals. Housekeeping staff were on the job.

The Residence Inn Orlando Airport is a 5/5 in its hotel class. We needed a place to sleep that could fit three adults and each child for a reasonable rate. We had low expectations due to some of the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised and will stay there again if we have a late-night arrival in Orlando in the future. Pros: - Extremely clean two-bedroom suite - Comfortable bed - Quiet - Great breakfast buffet with something for everyone (Oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels, yogurt, eggs, egg biscuit sandwiches, waffle station, etc). - Good Coffee - Wonderful staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area. - Responsive to requests - Clean pool and hot tub Cons: - Pillows could be a little better - The smell of perfume in the lobby arrived later in the day. It wasn’t there at our late-night check-in, and we did not smell it in our room. But later in the day, it was noticeable. - $20 parking for overnight guests. I think parking should be complimentary for overnight guests.

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights pre-cruise. The room was large and provided everything we needed. Although the decor could use an update, everything was still in good condition. Breakfast was crowded but had a lot to offer. Staff were all very nice.

The staff were so kind and took great care of us, especially the woman with dark curly hair who was there on Feb, sorry I forgot your name! Our room was very clean and felt comfortable. Thank you all so much!

Absolutely Disgusting — Bug Infestation and Zero Accountability from Hotel or Marriott Rating: ⭐ 1 out of 5 I’ve stayed in many Marriott properties, but my experience at Residence Inn Orlando Airport was by far the worst I’ve ever had — and that includes some budget motels. I checked in late at night after a long day of travel only to discover a horrific bug infestation in the bed. I’m talking dozens of small insects crawling over the pillows, sheets, and mattress — not just a few, but clear evidence of a larger infestation issue. I’ve attached photos so you can see for yourself. Naturally, I contacted Marriott customer service expecting immediate help or at least concern. Instead, I was told the hotel denied it happened — despite my photos — and they refused to do anything about it. No refund. No apology. No help finding an alternative. I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night, drive an hour and a half to find another place to stay, pay more out of pocket, and still return to my original location the next morning for business meetings. Completely unacceptable. This wasn’t just about bugs. It was about how both the property and Marriott handled the situation — by doing nothing. The complete lack of accountability is shocking. I travel frequently for work and leisure, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. If you care about cleanliness, safety, or basic customer service, avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of other nearby properties that treat guests — and hygiene — with the seriousness they deserve.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff is great. Enjoyed breakfast. Good location by shops. Only issue we encountered was no one answering phone when we arrived at airport early evening so impossible to call shuttle. A driver from another hotel kindly noticed us and another guest from our hotel having the same issue and gave us a ride.
