Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

one cleaning every two days. One light is broken. Smoking smell in the room.

Poor service. Hidden charges for parking.

It was a solid hotel, but the price and amenities did not much the value of the hotel. The service was solid, and they were mostly attentive. The rooms were clean, but a bit dated. The pool also appears smaller than the pictures advertise.

We ate breakfast a few times during our stay. Roberta was the highlight of our experience. She is an absolute delight! I highly suggest you have some coffee, cheese grits and a chat with Roberta to get your day started. Our room was clean and we slept very well. They were down to one elevator during our stay which was inconvenient but not terrible. The pool area is nice but, there are lots of lizards. You should plan to Uber or drive yourself to the parks. The shuttle service only goes to certain parks with 1 departure and 1 pick up time daily. Very inconvenient. Overall great stay.

The staff at the hotel, specifically Kristi (front desk), Roberta (restaurant), and another young gentleman (front desk) made my work weekend more pleasant and less stressful with their kindness and efficient service. Additionally, the facility and room were very clean and up to the standards of what you’d expect in a Hilton hotel. I’d recommend this specific hotel among the many others in the area simply for the staff alone.
