Booked an overnight stay for a room on 5th floor. First impressions weren’t positive as there was a substantial wait in line to check in. After about a 25 minute wait, was informed that room was not ready and was given an approximate wait time of 30 minutes. 2-1/2 hours later, room was finally ready. Room was clean and property was undergoing some renovation. Was granted a one hour extension to 10 AM checkout. If they improve check in process efficiency and employ the proper sized cleaning staff so rooms are available as promised, experience will be improved. Disappointing first impression really sullies overall perception of stay.
