Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel restaurant par l'entremise d'un voyage organisé par les autocars Deliège à Dolhain Limburg. nous avons mon épouse et moi-même très bien mangé et ne comprenons pas du tout les mauvais commentaires. Les repas sont excellents, le personnel de salle très sympathique et le responsable de salle aux petits soins pour les clients. L'hôtel et les chambres, rien à redire. Excellent séjour.

Idéalement situé dans un cadre exceptionnel l’Hôtel Le Relais Alpin est un endroit au Col des Mosses où l’on dort bien et mange bien. L’accueil et le service, sous la conduite de la très sympathique directrice, sont efficaces et agréables. Notre groupe de vingt-huit personnes a été unanimement enchanté. Si vous êtes dans la région et vous voulez passer un agréable séjour, l’Hôtel Le Relais Alpin est l’endroit qu’il vous faut !

Fin d'après-midi, il y a du monde pas ce n'est pas bondé. Nous sommes 10 au retour d'une marche et nous nous réjouissons de voire quelques chose de frais et de manger quelque chose. - Temps d'attente interminable pour la prise de commande. - Temps également interminable pour recevoir la commande - Service en plusieurs fois avec des erreurs à chaque fois - Plusieurs d'entre-nous doivent se déplacer au bar pour y demander les boissons ou patisseries manquante. Personnel antipathique et sans sourire. C'est navrant. Nous ne reviendrons plus.

Assis depuis 20 minutes…. Personne ne vient. 10 min pour ouvrir un parasol…. Tout ça pour dire que à 11h !!!!!!! Oui 11h !!!! Ils ne servent plus à boire mais uniquement à manger ! Donc à 11h l’heure de l’apéro, allez au petit bistrot autre côté de la route, c’est bien plus agréable. Et vous pouvez vous désaltérer! Fuyez le relais alpin

mais le service et la qualité ne méritent pas une meilleure note. Certains serveurs peu intéressés par les clients. Qualité des mets passable. Problème de paiement. En deux reprises on a essayé de refiler des factures concernant d'autres tables. Heureusement que le contrôle est toujours meilleur que la confiance

Very good and popular with families with children. Good food and service fast with agréable staff. Very well situated and found things to do despite the lack of snow. Dianlerets and Leysin are easily accessible as is Château d’Oex. Will most probably return.
