I had high expectations for my stay at the Hilton, drawn in by the stunning views that the hotel offers. Unfortunately, those expectations fell short due to a number of issues I encountered during my visit. The room was comfortable, but the air conditioning unit in the room was uncomfortably high. The sliding glass door was off track, and the broken sauna at the spa was a disappointment. To top it off, I even encountered a spider in the room during the night. Despite these challenges, I must commend the staff for their professionalism, especially Ursula from the spa. However, the overall experience at the Hilton was marred by these problems. In conclusion, I would rate my stay a 6 out of 10. While there were highlights such as the helpful staff and scenic views, the subpar dining options, lackluster room conditions, and maintenance issues detracted significantly from my enjoyment. The food issues, in particular, were a major letdown. I hope that the hotel management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the guest experience in the future.
