While not a guest of the hotel, I have the opportunity to utilize their weekly activities, pool and restaurants. There is quite of variety of activities offered every week from Meditation to HIIT classes and everything in between. Their program has 8 instructors, all of which I've been to, with the exception of one. KRISTY is wonderful at teaching her Stretch class. Her classes are very engaging and fun. MITZELLAH leads several different classes, but my favorite of hers is Chair Yoga. Don't think "Retirement Community" chair yoga! You will really get in a good stretch. ROZALI's Aqua Yoga in the main pool is refreshing with a view to die for. SARAH teaches an Abdominal Class which is a good workout and I am looking forward to her starting to teach Pilates here. JEN leads her Yoga Flow class and will often have it outside so you can enjoy the gorgeous views, weather permitting. JOE's Dynamic Stretching class is a fun way to get in some stretching with an added aerobic benefit. He also has a Shamanic Drumming Circle which I have found very moving on a personal level. DARIAN leads the HIIT Circuit and Active Mobility. His HIIT classes will definitely get your heart pumping and his Active Mobility works on increasing mobility, especially in your hips. I hope to get around to trying out HUGO's Strength Training and Fitness classes soon. These are only a few of the activities offered every week. Most, if not all, of their activities welcome all levels. So don't shy away. Make sure to look at their weekly offerings and join in the fun when you come here for a visit! I would be remiss if I didn't mention our favorite bartender, JOEY. Joey has been here for years, always remembers our favorite beverage, and no matter how busy he is, he seems to find the time to come by our poolside chairs to say hello.
