Ginestre e Oleandri Apartment We purchased 3 nights through Trivago giving the ok for payment it sent us back to the Stayforlong site we paid by card, on the way to the property I called to let them know that we would arrive around 8.00pm the young lady pointed out to us that if we were not there by 7.30pm we had to pay a penalty of €30, this already leaves me perplexed. Check in from 5.00pm to 7.30pm, we manage to arrive on time, once we arrive at the facility the problems arise, the lady at the reception informs us that we would have to add more money for the tourist tax and an apartment cleaning supplement, plus a 100 euro deposit in cash in the event of damage to the apartment, after our objections on the extra costs the lady points out to us that on the Stayforlong website at the bottom of the page in small letters in English it reported the extras requested, it's the first time that happens to us generally when you buy through search engines you expect the price to be complete, anyway we pay for everything they accompany us to the apartment it turns out be spacious, clean except for the cutlery in the drawers, without towels and sheets, we immediately point out to the lady who takes action to get them for us apparently even the sheets were an extra that they didn't charge us for, the beds were not a double as per the booking but 'two single beds plus single mattresses pushed together, very hard and uncomfortable mattresses you woke up with pain, the first sleepless night due to the poor soundproofing of the windows and doors in the middle of the night you could hear the howling of the dogs in the neighboring villas inside the apartment, the next morning we we asked for a change of location but there was nothing we could do, so they told us from the reception, I would like to point out that the lady was courteous anyway, the advice I can give is to be more transparent and to provide the total finished cost of all the charges to the most used search engines so that the customer can also evaluate other structures of the same price and of better quality and above all to avoid having unpleasant surprises at the check in, all in all the stay in this structure is to be forgotten.
