Wir waren zufrieden und haben gleich noch um 2 Nächte gebucht.

Belle le camere ma manca tutto il resto
Camere grandi, confortevoli e pulite, dotate di condizionamento efficiente. Le cucine sono però sul balcone dove il condizionamento non è presente. Colazione inclusa abbondante e conveniente. Il voto è solo sufficiente però, perchè mancano tutti i servizi extra: no parcheggio privato, no bar, no ristorante, no lavatrici, no piscina, no docce esterne, no wi-fi in camera, no TV in camera (c'è ma non si vede manco Rai1). Non capisco proprio come faccia a definirsi un residence 4 stelle se mancano tutti i servizi accessori.

Soggiorno confortevole
Struttura grande e curata. L'appartamento era confortevole e spazioso. Il personale è cordiale e lieto di fornire utili informazioni ai turisti.
Nel nostro caso, per un soggiorno di tre giorni,
non è prevista la pulizia della stanza durante il soggiorno stesso.
Anche gli spazi esterni sono puliti, curati e ordinati.

Für eine Nacht OK
Auf den ersten Blick waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, es war alles relativ sauber und die Unterkunft ist auch nicht so heruntergekommen wie auf den Bildern. Auf den zweiten Blick waren wir weniger zufrieden. Die Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt nur ein Geschirrtuch, keinen Schwamm oder Spülmittel, nur ein stumpfes großes Messer, nicht mal einen Wasserkocher hatte man. Das bedeutet, man muss vorher erstmal einen Großeinkauf machen, bevor man etwas kochen kann.
Das Bett ist mega ungemütlich und quietscht bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Eine richtige Decke ist auch nicht vorhanden, für die Leute, die etwas kälteempfindlich sind. Es gibt zwar eine "extra Decke" im Schrank, diese hat aber keinen Bezug und daran wären Haare von vorherigen Gästen dran, also alles andere als hygienisch. Ebenfalls werden die Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht, außer man zahlt einen Aufpreis und frische Handtücher kriegt man auch nicht, außer man fragt danach und zahlt einen Aufpreis.
