A superb location on hills surrounding Puerto de la Cruz, within walking distance (15 minutes) from beach, (20-25 minutes) from the port.
Very nice layout of property, pool, well-maintained gardens, an array of amenities to relax and enjoy sunshine.
Property is quite, away from traffic.
Would return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is well maintained, has a load of excellent chill areas- the roof was so nice at night and a fantastic outdoor kitchen area.
We enjoyed how quiet the hotel was compared to town yet was very walkable to town from the hotel.
Ursula, the hotel owner was lovely and really helpful all through our trip!
Would really recommend coming here for a chilled week away

Wir waren dieses Jahr das 13.Mal auf Teneriffa. Aber so einen schönen Aufenthalt wie in der Villa Rosalva hatten wir noch in keinem anderen Appartement auf der Insel erlebt. Die gesamte Anlage strahlt eine ganz besondere stilvolle, gepflegte und authentische Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre aus. Jedes der individuell eingerichteten Appartements besticht ebenso im Detail, wie der gesamte Außenbereich und ist dem guten Geschmack und dem Engagement des Inhaber-Ehepaares zuzuschreiben. Frau Ursula Höhn sorgt gemeinsam mit ihrem freundlichen und hochmotivierten Team, für eine angenehme und familiäre Atmosphäre, in der sich jeder Gast von Anfang an sehr wohl fühlt. Auch das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und begeistert und haben gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder für vier Wochen gebucht. Wir können jedem die Villa Rosalva mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Horst und Eva Fehn

Die Villa liegt mitten in einer ruhigen Bananenplantage in der Nähe von puerto de la cruz ( 15min Fußweg). Ich habe mich persönlich sehr wohl gefühlt und fand den Pool und die Dachterrasse besonders gut. Das Grundstück ist schön groß und hat viele Pflanzen. Auf der Rückseite befindet sich ein Grillplatz, den man benutzen kann. Ich fande es sehr gut ,dass wir den Grillplatz benutzen konnten, als wir Besuch bekommen haben. Die Villa Rosalva darf zurecht als Geheimtip in Puerto de la Cruz bezeichnet werden. Inmitten von Bananenplantagen gelegen bietet dieses Kleinod neben sauberen Zimmern, einem erstklassigen Frühstück (Champus incl.), einem kleinen aber feinen Pool auch eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die herzliche, freundliche und jederzeit hilfsbereite Art der "Chefin" und ihrer Crew runden den erstklassigen Eindruck ab. Fazit: Wenn nochmal Teneriffa.... dann sehr gene wieder in der VILLA Karin und Axel - Ostfildern

Wir hatten eine erholsame, rundum gelungene Woche in der Villa Rosalva. Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet, sauber, hat Betten mit ausgezeichneten Matratzen und bietet auch alle Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung. Wir haben den Tag jedoch lieber mit dem ausgezeichneten, angebotenen Frühstück begonnen und sind abends in die Restaurants der Umgebung eingekehrt. Für alle Fragen fand sich immer ein offenes Ohr und auch mit Tipps für Ausflüge wurden wir von einem immer freundlichen Team versorgt. Für den Tagesausklang auf der Terrasse wird für kleines Geld eine Getränkeauswahl zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Man kommt an und fühlt sich rundum wohl. Die Betreuung, das Ambiente, die Sauberkeit, alles trägt dazu bei, dass man sich wohlfühlt!!! Wir kommen wenn möglich, gerne wieder nach Teneriffa zur Villa Rosalva!

Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin sehr freundlich empfangen, bekamen zudem ein kostenloses Upgrade und hatten daher eine schöne und großzügige Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, oberhalb von Puerto de la Cruz. Außer uns waren kaum Gäste dort und wir konnten die komplette Anlage sowie den Pool gut nutzen. Alles ist liebevoll angelegt, das Frühstück super! Frau Höhn ist immer ansprechbar und gibt gerne Tipps. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.
