Premier Inn London Orpington

What a great stay at Premier in! I stayed with my 3 daughters and mum and we were treated well!! Breakfast prepared by Breda was amazing and the boiled eggs were cooked to perfection!! My daughter loved the pancakes with choc spread And Dinner was lush!! All the staff were great no request was too much special thanks to Ellie for being so lovely, Jack for the nice cuppa teas and service and the lovely lady that helped me to try and dismantle my next to me crib. Will be visiting again soon thankyou!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the weekend. Staff were very friendly, my children loved the attention they received whenever we saw a staff member. Breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from, we loved every minute and will definitely be back.

i stayed here with my family for the weekend and was very impressed. As always you know what to expect from PI great staff, very clean and lovely food. The children arrived to little packages on their bed of colouring and chocolate, which was a very welcome surprise

Hotel is ideally situated for the fast trains into London. As the booking was part of a theatre weekend the hotel location was important. We’ve stayed here before and always had a good time, and a great sleep! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The competitive prices of the rooms and subsidised parking are a real bonus.

Great hotel, amazing staff. Always consistent. I have stayed here on many occasions and always find the hotel to be just what we need. Lovely little bar to have a couple of drinks with visiting family and friends.

Lots of shopping nearby and placed to dine out. Even had a cinema across the way. Premier was easy accessible though car stay a little bit further than we thought. Not as expensive as first thought. Shop anywhere and they will clear the park to sort for free along with premier inn doing this also. Quiet and comfy stay.

I booked a 4 night stay in an accessible room during the holiday period for £269 The room had the following issues; 1. Awful smell due to clogged shower drain and sink drain. The receptionist was able to partially unclog the sink drain, but the other issue remained. 2. Mucoid substance coming out of the sink pipe, making the water in the room unusable (see attached pictures and videos). I had to resort to buying bottles of water to brush my teeth, wash my hands, etc. I reached out to the hotel with the pictures and videos, and after a wait of almost 1 month, I was offered a "goodwill gesture" of £36. I wrote back saying that whilst I agree a full refund is not needed, the amount offered is almost insulting. The response I received was that they've considered my evidence but cannot do any more. I find this unacceptable for a hotel of such renown. Book a stay at your own displeasure.

We have stayed here a few times and it was still amazing. We parked in the car park (make sure you validate your tickets at hotel - 24 hours cost £10 ). We arrived at the hotel at 11, spoke to a guy, then spoke to Kat (also had spoken earlier in the morning re early check in & was ok to do). She managed to get our room ready in 10 minutes. It was clean and house keeping made up another bed while we was in the room. The following day Kat greeted us for breakfast, breakfast was lovely and you can help yourself. The hotel is situated on a high street, with shops, restaurants and cinema. The train station is about 10 minutes in taxi and you can get a direct train to Central London within 25 minutes. Definitely will stay here again.

I have used this hotel on several occasions and have always been pleased with the cleanliness, I tried the breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of food on offer. on Sunday the chef even cooked my eggs fresh to order and the sausages were delicious.
