Tragica esperienza, accoglienza inesistente, personale che lavora senza strumenti, registrano tutto su carta....pseudo reception, in centro, imbarazzante......mi spiace x le dipendenti che hanno dovuto ascoltare i reclami, ma chiedendo del responsabile e pur avendo lasciato il mio Cell , non ha chiamato nessuno.

The location is nice, but we were disappointed.
Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented!
And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!

I 180€ spesi peggio nella mi vita. Nessuno all accoglienza, nessuno che risponde al telefono. Entriamo in camera aria condizionata inesistente, bagno sporchissimo con doccia piena di capelli, bollitore ancora pieno dagli ospiti precedenti. Noi con bambina di un anno abbiamo dovuto aspettare le 8.30 per mangiare qualcosa. Nessuno al check out. Pessimo veramente.. altro che agevolare il turismo. Peccato perché il paesino davvero carino. 180€!!! Una ladrata

Prenoto questa struttura senza aspettarmi molto e invece... Camera accogliente, riscaldata. Bagno fornito di tutte le cose necessarie. Bollitore presente con bustine di the e zucchero. Letto comodo. Location centralissima e in posizione tranquilla. Insomma una scelta che è stata molto apprezzata e sono stata molto bene. Se devo trovare un neo, la tv era posizionata male sul muro e non si poteva girare quindi non si vedeva dal letto ma niente di così necessario per il mio breve soggiorno. Ah e da segnalare la bontà della colazione che si effettua in una struttura proprio in piazza. Colazione a buffet, abbondante. Muffins a cioccolato buonissimi come anche il succo ad arancia rossa ed il cappuccino. Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato cordiale, sorridente e molto educato e a modo. Consiglio sicuramente di soggiornare in questa struttura.

Sono ospite della struttura Piccolo hotel Olina insieme alla mia compagna e mia figlia di soli 45 giorni di vita. Mi accorgo che l'acqua calda non funziona e la piccola ha bisogno di lavarsi. Chiamo il numero 0322905656 di Hello Orta dedicato agli ospiti, risponde una donna, con tutta calma e gentilezza le spiego la faccenda sottolineando che si tratta di una bambina, finito il racconto la sua risposta è stata di testuali parole: "ma a me che ca**o me ne frega, non vedi che è mezzanotte, ti sembra l'ora di chiamare?" Potete solo immaginare come possa sentirsi una persona sentendosi rispondere così tra l'altro dopo avere pagato il servizio che credo sia compreso con l'affitto della camera dell'hotel. Non tanto per me, ma quanto per la bimba davvero piccola, un po' di umanità... Ecco questa è la professionalità, l'accoglienza e soprattutto la sensibilità di un addetta al turismo nonché della proprietaria...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo 'hotel" per una notte ed è stata più che sufficiente!! Reception inesistente anzi, per essere precisi, uno sgabuzzino con una lampadina appesa ad un filo. La stanza si trovava in una palazzina senza ascensore, quindi sono stata costretta a portare le valigie a mano da sola (mio marito è invalido), con non poche difficoltà. Stanza pulita ma piccolissima, letto con doghe e materasso completamente sfondati che cigolavano ad ogni minimo movimento, scarico del water intasato. Sorvoliamo sulla colazione, servita in un bar sporco ed invaso dalle mosche.... 92€ per una notte e sto ancora aspettando adesso la fattura!! Questo luogo non può essere chiamato assolutamente "hotel" ma, a malapena, "ostello".
