Lovely hotel, easy to find, staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hotel has parking and is central to everything you need restaurants shops bars and boat trips etc. Peaceful at night and breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommended

La strutturasi trova in una posizione davvero bella con vista sull'isola di San Giulio. Ottima colazione, camere piccole ma belle. Il bar sul lago prepara ottimi aperitivi, il garage adiacente alla struttura è un plus.

Abbiamo prenotato con un gruppo di amici per passare i giorni di fine e capo d'anno. Le perplessità iniziali dovute anche ad alcune recensioni che evidenziavano la vetustà del complesso sono state immediatamente superate. In effetti il tutto avrebbe bisogno di una migliore manutenzione ma data la vastità dei locali si comprende come ciò sia assai difficile da garantire. In compenso il cliente ha a disposizione ampissime aree confortevoli ove rilassarsi e, seppure poco godibile fuori stagione, una vasta zona prospiciente al lago con relativa piscina. I servizi sono al livello massimo ed il personale di una squisita gentilezza. Apprezzabile la disponibilità di parcheggio, cosa assai rara ad Orta. Persino il previsto cenone, organizzato per un numero enorme di commensali, è stato tutto sommato più che sufficiente sia per quantità che per qualità.

Opholdet var fantastisk. Vi havde booket et værelse med altan og udsigt til søen, og det skal jeg love for at fik vi!! Det kunne kkke være bedre.
Poolområder var super fint, med udsigt og adgang til søen - som iøvrigt også var fantastisk dejlig at bade i.
Service var i top, maden var god.
Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet

The hotel overall is an amazing property with outstanding views. A very nice front desk guy Cande "Papi" helped me a lot and was very diligent to try to give an excellent service.
I had an upgrade do that the AC wasn't working in the room I was assigned to.
Breakfast was very good and the Capuchinos were amazing.
Bathroom ok, but dirty dirty shower.
