Barceló Cappadocia

The facilities inside were wonderfully clean. The outdoor pool was a bit deep, but the poolside was also spotless. All the staff were very friendly! Breakfast was truly fantastic. I'll also add that the cats were adorable! I thought the location might be a bit tricky, but since we had stayed in the center of Cappadocia beforehand, we were very satisfied with the peaceful environment of this hotel.

We really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and spacious. We had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are provided in the room, while the mini-bar is chargeable. The hotel features several pools. There's an outdoor pool on the 2nd floor; the water is cold, but it's a real lifesaver on hot days. On the ground floor, you'll find an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, and Turkish bath – all free of charge. There's also a VIP area and paid spa treatments. We booked the room for two nights for less than 15,000 rubles. We found the best rate on Trip.com. They helped us carry our luggage to the room. Just a 5-minute walk across the road from the hotel is a fantastic viewpoint, and it's not crowded at all.

The hotel was very clean. Despite a limited number of staff, they all tried their best and were attentive. The hotel itself is quite large and luxurious. My family and I stayed for one night, specifically to use the pool. The pool area, sun loungers, and towels were all clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Dinner was not included in our stay, but we opted to pay extra for the buffet. There was a sufficient variety of dishes, but the food was quite bland. Some dishes were tasty, others less so. Personally, I didn't feel the dinner offered good value for money. The breakfast, however, was much better than dinner. There was plenty of variety and it was delicious! 👍🏼 There's also an indoor pool. However, during our visit, while we were swimming one day, staff suddenly appeared and unceremoniously made everyone leave, citing urgent maintenance work. This maintenance wasn't completed even by the following day. The outdoor pool gets very cold in the afternoon as it falls into the hotel's shadow, making it especially unsuitable for children.

This was an absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. While cave hotels offer a unique charm, for families with children, considering the comfortable room environment and excellent hotel services, this particular hotel comes highly recommended. Even with many families present, the hotel maintains a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your stay. The meals were superb – both lavish and healthy! The staff's service was impeccable. You can even watch the hot air balloons from the hotel entrance, and by just crossing the road, you can capture truly amazing photos of them. This is a hotel I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you. I definitely want to come back again.

The pool at Barceló Cappadocia was absolutely wonderful! We had such an enjoyable experience there, thanks to both its cleanliness and the lovely ambiance. It was ideal for cooling down, especially on hot summer days. The pool area is quite spacious, and they pay close attention to hygiene standards. The sun loungers are comfortable, and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. It quickly became one of our favorite spots during our entire holiday. I would definitely love to return!

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a real feast, featuring fresh produce and beautiful attention to detail. The spa and pool are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for exploring Göreme, the valleys, and historical sites. The hotel also arranges activities like hot air balloon rides or guided tours. In summary: high-end service in a magical setting. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was simply perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and every detail was carefully considered. Both the breakfast and the room service meals were delicious and fairly priced. For those visiting Cappadocia who, like us, prefer not to stay in a cave hotel, this is a fantastic option.
