The hotel is in a good location. The employees are very good, especially the restaurant manager, Mr. Berkay and Mr. Orhan, they are very attentive. Everyone is very nice.

What a beutiful hotel with its unique style of setup. We had the villa with its own terrace pool. The hosts were super personable and quick to respond to your requests. Bets way of communication is by WhatsApp and talk directly with the managers who are very eager to ensure you have the best experience in Cappadocia. Just beware that the rooms do not have AC but the weather was cool enough at night when we were there.

Dört kişilik aile olarak gittik ... eğer sizde aile olarak gidecek iseniz ;mutlaka suit odayı tercih edin ... Gerçekten rahat edersiniz ... House keeping çok iyi ... Günlük turdan her geldiğimizde , odalar tertemiz . havlu ve bornozlarımız her gün temizleri ile değiştirilmişti .. benim en önemli konulardan birisi oda temizliği ve havluların her gün değiştirilmesidir ... yemekleri çok lezzetli .. kahvaltı çok doyurucu ve lezzetli .... akşam yemekleri restorandaki yemekler tam damak tadımıza göre idi ... servis hızlı ve güler yüzlü hizmet eden kardeşlerimiz vardı ... Bir konu daha var ki ;bence Kapadokya ya gidecek kişiler için çok önemli .. o da aldığınız turlar ...Otel Bize Harga tur dan tur organize etti .. 2 gün boyunca harika bir hizmet aldık ... özellikle rehber arkadaş Bedri Bey 'i çok tavsiye ederim ... The hotel is very goog, but scarcity of staff. We had breakfast included which was not a buffet and everything had to be begged for and being vegetarian, they had no options and even after repeated requests they were nit able to provide simple bread and butter. To bring coffee and hot water they took 45 minutes. Only 2 servers for 80 people. The staff in restaurant was very rude and misbehaved. Not advisable to stay....
