El lugar es lindo, la atención es realmente mala. La chica de recepción si muestra una sonrisa es mucho decir, pareciera que le hace un favor al huésped al atenderlo. Nuestras habitaciones están en la planta baja, 4 pisos, nadie hizo si quiera el ademán de ayudar con las maletas. En la noche al salir quería abrir la puerta y la señorita desde su escritorio gritaba LEFT LEFT, ni si quiera intentó par****. El desayuno lo catalogaría como malo, llegamos a desayunar y todas las mesas sucias porque ya habían arrasado otros huéspedes, se entiende que el hotel sabe cuánta gente tiene en hospedada, no había café, no habían pan, no había jugo. Sentí que el lugar es hermoso, pero la atención malogra toda la experiencia.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. We only had breakfast in the restaurant section, but all the vegetables are served in an unhygienic way, from unwashed plates and forks to tea glasses. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and wouldn't come myself next time.

We had a wonderful travel experience with Minia Cave. The room decoration, breakfast and view were perfect. All the staff helped in every way. It was a very enjoyable holiday. We thank you.

Really nice niche hotel. Rooms were very clean and large. Hotel staff were phenomenal and the view from the restaurant was amazing.

One of the best hotels in the area. Great location - central in the Cappadocia area. Kind & helpful hotel staff. You may feel that services or rooms could be a little better, but one must consider that this place is practically in the middle of nowhere.

I liked the hotel for the most part, it had little issues here and there. I didn’t particularly like the breakfast because it was mainly Turkish and it was the same thing every day. However, the staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Fatih was nice and answered any questions I had.
