Hayatımda bu kadar berbat ötesi bir otel görmedim.Yemekleri buz gibi ve çok kötü.Doğru dürüst yemek yiyemedin.Havuçun içinde kıl çıktı be!Asla ama asla gitmeyin.Hiç önermem.Bu kadar kalitesiz bir otel görmedim ben.Resepsiyona detaylı temizlik yapın dedim temizliğin T’sini yapmamışlar.Kapadokya çok güzeldi ama bu otel tatilimi mahvetti.Birde en güzel otelimiz diyorlardı!Hadi oradan.

Şimdiye kadar geldiğim en rezalet oteldi. Çarşaflar değişmemiş makyaj kalıntılar vardı üstünde. temizlik konusunda nereden başlayacağımı bilemiyorum . Başta küvet leş gibi temizlenmemişti. Yastık kılıfları yırtık ve bir önceki misafirin makyaj kalıntılar vardı. Yemekler rezil ötesi çok kötü pişmemiş bir çoğu çiğ geldi. Hamamı var diye tercih etmiştik aynı zamanda bu oteli ama talep yok diye hamam bile çalışmıyordu ASLA VE ASLA öneremeyeceğim bir oteldir!!!!!

O hotel é uma graça, bem típico da região. O staff muito simpático e prestativo. A comida muito gostosa, o buffet tanto no café da manhã como no jantar com muita variedade. Só não dou 5 estrelas, pois a cama não é muito confortável.. o quarto é limpo, organizado, mas pecou pelo conforto. Outro ponto negativo é que não há elevadores!! Dependendo de onde é o quarto, preparem-se para subir as escadas com as malas!

One short visit, during the trip to Kapadokya. Beautiful place with turkish style, climate decorations, nice rooms. Extremaly comfy beds! Food could be better but all staff were very nice and polite. If i will come back to this place it will be with pleasure.

Останавливались здесь в рамках экскурсии с 29 на 30 августа 2021. Душевая лейка забита, аж невозможно, вода режет. Полы крытые, напольное покрытие отслаивается, так что споткнутся можно. Нет возможности сушить полотенца, вещи. Ресторан Аля столовая, десерты все очень сухие, на ужин очень скудный выбор. В этот отель нас заселила тур оператор Coral travel Sunmar. В общем какой оператор, такой и отель. По Международной и Российской системе отель даже на 1 не тянет. Гостил во Многих отелях и без звёзд, было гораздо лучше.

Ночевали в рамках экскурсии. Еда - обычный шведский стол, напитки за дополнительную плату. Нормальный wi-fi. И все бы ничего, но это даже не 4 звезды. Два полотенца, коврик для ног и тапочки. Халат не предусмотрен, набор гигиенических принадлежностей минимальный, и, внимание, ГРЯЗНАЯ ВАННА И ТУАЛЕТ. Сломанный душ, немытые (веками?) стеклянные дверцы, потеки на унитазе. Ещё, отменились полёты на воздушных шарах, но отель позвонил всей группе в 4.15 в номер, чем конечно разбудил. Не рекомендую. Стоит, наверное, получше убирать номера, чтобы дотянуть хотя бы до трёх звёзд.

Нас привез в рамках экскурсии в Каппадокию в данный отель туроператор Sunmar/Coral Travel. Номер достаточно красивый, но в нем было очень холодно, так как весь отель сделан из камня (на улице в конце сентября было +9 ночью и ранним утром). К сожалению, у нас не работала душевая лейка, но мыться мы и не думали в такой холод. Ужин и завтрак были очень вкусные.

Awesome place, especially Cappadocia, hot air ballon, the open air museum with Nigar our first guide and Birk our second guide . Both are so well versed with the history of their country and beyond that they know a lot around the world history , which made our trip very interesting by having very open conversations learning and sharing knowledge. We had the best time in Cappadocia 💕💕

Muito bom. A construção do hotel tem inspiração nas inúmeras grutas da região, inclusive os quartos. Muito bonito pela originalidade. O local é bem tranquilo e silencioso. Serviu de apoio para o nosso Passeio de Balão na Capadócia. Na região da Capadócia onde ficamos hospedados é um dos melhores.
