The hotel staff is very unfriendly and has very limited English. The spa is overpriced. Breakfast and lunch are limited in variety but fresh and edible. The room felt a bit small, although considering the balloon ride is our goal, we don't spend much time there. I was surprised that the bed had only a bottom sheet and some kind of cotton blanket, a bit rustic, or rather, a bit hard.

Badly located. The rooms are dark and small, smelling of sewage. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Breakfast and dinner are basic but good, and the service from the waiters is very good. Reception staff speak very little English. Doors are too small. Rooms are not double-locked.

Horrible place, the reception is unfriendly, the bathrooms have broken furniture, the hotel smells bad. The breakfast is inedible. The view from some is like a wall. DO NOT stay at this hotel. It's not worth coming to have a bad time. And as for breakfast, I hope they let me upload videos of what I had. The cucumbers were old, the fruit was rotten, the onion rings were so hard they'd break a plate. Paper cups.
