I have rarely enjoyed a week like the one we just had. A warm and smiling welcome. Immediately after arrival, restaurant with Luca about which I cannot praise enough. All the restaurant staff are professional, very kind and make the effort to speak French. The Maitre d’Hotel is also very friendly. The food is delicious and the menus varied. Our room was splendid. The spa, swimming pool and infrastructure are tasteful and everything encourages rest and relaxation. In short, I think that after 20 years in Austria, this change is appreciable and our future winter stay is taking shape in this wonderful hotel.

We stayed in an apar**ent in the new chalet area of the hotel which we can highly recommend. The luxurious suite had a splendid view of Ortisei. Breakfast was a great combination of international and local options. There was freshly pressed juices, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds for the health conscious. The spa facilities were fantastic with great indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The spa also had a fireplace to sit beside after a long, hard day of skiing. The sleek and luxurious Finnish spa offered a female only area. Also a cold plunge for those who dare. The staff were exceptional, at reception, the restaurant and the ski hire. Simon did a very good job at checking us in and making us feel welcome.

Very nice stay with impeccable service from the staff. large clean and comfortable rooms. Very good food in the hotel restaurant and excellent wines. Fantastic spa and nice gym and ski service and shuttle service faultless. Everyone had a nice genuine smile on their face which really had a positive impact on our stay.

Absolutely enjoy the beautiful modern and high-quality apar**ents of this hotel. Regular cleaning and linen change and very luxurious finish. The only request to the owners is to make more facilities available from the hotel for the apar**ent start-up. Furthermore, only a member and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful Ortisei and these apar**ents.

The hotel is very cozy, in the center of the village . The staff is very professional. I felt in love for the spa and the swimming pool with a giant cheminee . I will definitely will come again. The breakfast was one of my best memory.

Every year we can't help but come back here. We are fond of it simply because we are sure that every year this structure gets better and better. Every hotel service is truly impeccable. It's impossible not to return. The food was delicious, and this year the pastry shop was definitely the best ever. Every time we leave we count the days until the next holiday. You feel pampered immediately and throughout your stay. Kindness and smiles characterize the entire staff. The perfect destination to relax in an exclusive and private place.

5-star family-run hotel. welcoming staff who pamper you all the time, full of attention and always available. Gourmet cuisine a different experience every evening, very good fish dishes considering being in Ortisei. SPA&Pool of great comfort. excursions with Emanuel are a real added value.
