Negative sides: - rude and arrogant owner, on several occasions. Instead of finding solutions, he always had a grumpy response towards us. The customer will not always be right, but respect must never be lacking. - structure left from the 70s. - terrible bathrooms. The rooms had a bathtub and not all of them had a shower rod, but above all they had no glass, so the water reached the entire bathroom. - drafty windows everywhere. We slept with a neck warmer. - very uncomfortable foam cushions - non-existent soundproofing between the rooms but above all with the outside; having the supermarket ahead, the alarm clock is set for 6am with the arrival of the supply. This hotel is great on location for the price. We were very comfortable and didn’t mind the old style tub with no curtain. Plenty of room (standard double) and a nice breakfast. Parking is tight behind the building, but it wasn’t high season so we always found a spot.

Staff was exceedingly polite and helpful. Old World charm mixed with comfort.
Breakfast had the best scrambled eggs I have ever had combined with delicious pastries. Very good walkable location in town. Cozy room, enjoyed sitting on the balcony. When in Ortisei this will be my place to stay.

Really very nice hotel, with spacious and well-furnished rooms, excellent cleanliness and friendly and attentive staff. The cuisine is also good and the breakfast is rich. It is a short walk from the center of Ortisei and the bus stop, so it is really very convenient.

We returned for the fourth time to this lovely family-run hotel, in the center of Ortisei. The rooms are welcoming and large, typical of the place, and are very clean. We had half board, both breakfast and dinner were good, consisting of a starter, first course, second side dish and dessert with a choice of two options. All the staff are welcoming and smiling, always available. The prices are honest.
