Lontano dalle piste, struttura da rivedere, buono il cibo e pulito nonostante i segni del tempo. Abbiamo avuto freddo e ci hanno dato una stufetta supplementare e coperte con le quali siamo stati bene. Hanno provveduto immediatamente alla sostituzione di un aspiratore. Il bagno pulitissimo ma farsi la doccia senza tenda e nella vasca non è comodo. La dottoressa Silvia e Amer sono molto gentili e sono la ragione per cui ho messo tre stelle invece di due. Potendo scegliere la prossima volta andrei altrove.

Our stay at Hotel Pontives was exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. A great variety to choose from and very generous portions. They were even kind enough to pack us lunch to go upon check out. Location is great and close to many sites and amenities. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the region.

The facilities are excellent value for money and the staff is very pleasant and efficient. Special requests are handled with great flexibility. The location is ideal for guests with cars who would like to use the very elaborate public buses from time to time as the bus stop is just around the corner.

Ero già stato in passato al ristorante e ricordando il buon mangiare sono tornato anche questa volta ed ho mangiato così bene che per tre sere con la mia famiglia non abbiamo potuto fare a meno che cenare in questo locale. Locale caratteristico ai piedi delle montagne, con un vasto piazzale dove parcheggiano alcuni camper. Personale più che gentile e professionale. Cibo ottimo : consiglio canederli, gulasch, cotoletta milanese, strudel...comunque ogni portata veramente buona e, secondo me, la cucina si può considerare tra le migliori di tutta Ortisei. Prezzo equo: un ristorante da consigliare e spero da ritornarci in un mio prossimo viaggio. Complimenti allo chef e al personale tutto ! S.D. da Perugia

I was there for 5 days, very nice breakfast, a small but clean room and bath with a window, very good breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. Quiet, nice view. A fantastic value for the price. Ample parking, Busstation to Ortisei very neea. Also good food for lunch and dinner. Fair prices.

Don't go with your dog! We had a four night stay there in June 2023 and were charged 80(!) Euros for our pooch's stay. I have no idea why? She didn't eat any of their food (not even a biscuit was offered), no dog bed was provided, she wasn't even allowed in the restaurant, she didn't break anything in the room. When I was presented with this on our bill, I queried it. I understood there to be a 20 Euros charge per visit but not per night. I was told that the room would need to be cleaned which I accept. But it wouldn't be 4 times dirtier than the first night after 4 nights. When I said that I was unhappy to pay this, I was threatened with being arrested by the police. Very good customer service I must say!! So when they say they are dog friendly, they are not. They are just out to get your money and fleece you for taking your dog to their hotel.

Albergo vecchio stile, un po’ fuori dal centro e comodissimo per ogni spostamento in quanto l’autobus passa ogni 15 min proprio di fronte all’hotel. Cibo ottimo, porzioni abbondanti. Gentilezza dello staff, soprattutto di Martina, da 10 e lode. Insomma non mancava nulla per una vacanza perfetta!
