Hôtel très bien pour plein de choses : l'accueil, impeccable, la chambre, impeccable, le lit, le linge, impeccables, la possibilité de régler son chauffage, le silence. Il est très bien situé, à quelques minutes d'un parking P+R qui permet de partir visiter Nantes en tram. A signaler : le WiFi est de très bonne qualité. Il y a un restaurant juste à côté, hélas fermé le lundi soir... mais l'hôtel propose une alternative, dans une pizzeria sympa dans le vieux centre d'Orvault. Le petit déjeuner est un peu décevant pour un diabétique : fromages insipides, une seule sorte de charcuterie, pas d'œufs. C'est ce qui fait que je ne donne pas la note "excellent". Pour les non-diabétiques, il y a tout ce qu'il faut.

Accueil exceptionnel. Je suis arrivé tard et tout était prêt. Un appel téléphonique pour m'indiquer toutes les modalités d'arrivée. Environnement calme et agréable. En revanche, la chambre à besoin d'une grosse rénovation. Les fenêtres sont fuyardes. Le prix est trop élevé au regard de la prestation globale. Dommage car cet hôtel et son personnel ont de sérieux atouts à faire valoir.
