We stayed in this hotel with 4 other colleagues in full pension, we were a month. Seeing the hotel and restaurant from outside would deserve much more than 3 stars, and even inside it is not less. Very nice and very friendly staff, I personally want to thank Nadia, the restaurant manager, a handsome person, has been able to support us for a month ... Breakfast is excellent! Great choice of bricks, gluten-free merendy, lactose-free milk, fresh Macedonia every morning 🔝 The restaurant also makes pizza both at noon and evening, I advise you, really very good, Roas beef one of the best I eat to not talk about spaghetti to sea fruit and garlic on the plate!! 😋, the portions are plenty and the menu changes day by day, I forgot how to studschino the evening always brought us the very good genovese fox! Infidel, unscrupulous, unscrupulous and unrealistic. We booked 5 nights for my family who arrived abroad. Because his flight was one hour late, it wasn't time to check in by 23:00. We thought he lost the first night but for 4th floor he can stay at the hotel we paid. The result: the hotel cancelled every 5 nights (which were not refundable) without even warning us, knowing very well that we will lose almost €370. We don't talk about the fact that they didn't care about anything that their guest would stay without accommodation for all the days booked (and the room was still available next day on booking). The booking answered us that we should call the hotel and they can solve the problem but instead of helping us, they started insulting my husband. I was totally disturbed by their attitude and how they talked to the phone. The lady's word from the reception was ”NOT ROPS THE CARTONS”. Now you think if you want to enjoy the services from such a structure. It's not a hotel but a crazy house!
