What a find! Very, very clean. Very friendly employees The price is very reasonable. Reservation made through *********** and rooms requested with no problem. Our Gramddaughter had a problem with her credit card and the desk was very kind and discreet about it. Stay here in Oasage Beach for readonable cost, comfortable beds, friendly people and very clean rooms.

Great value. Very clean. Friendly staff. Super comfortable beds! Nothing fancy, but totally worth the price for a hotel in Lake of the Ozarks area! The breakfast is only on weekends and is mainly packaged items, but that was not a huge deal to us. It was still a great value for a nice, clean motel.

This motel was recently updated with modern look and colors. Shower was hot. Room and linens were very clean. Strict no smoking and no pets, which was great. The breakfast was standard for a cost efficient hotel- muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. The mattress was older, pretty stiff, though they had great big king sized pillows.

This place is great! The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are soft, and it's right near the lake and so many other attractions. But the employees are really what make it a cut above other places in the area. They are so nice and friendly, always happy to help with anything, and there is even on-site security to give you that extra bit of added safety. Definitely be back again next year!

This was one of the worst hotels we have ever encountered. The experience was doomed from the start. Upon arriving at 4pm the lobby door was locked. We had to call a number on the sign for the front desk person to come open the door so we could check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was condescending and profiling from the start. He made a distasteful comment about smoking not just being with cigarettes implying that we were **********. Then informed us of an additional 3% charge for using an AMEX. There was also a $100 dollar deposit that they required and would only return upon checking out and verifying the room was in good condition. While walking to our room we noticed a hole in the ceiling and water dripping and pooling on the floor near the vending machines on the first floor. There was also a mattress leaning against the wall in the hallway just outside our room. The remote for the TV in our room didn’t function properly. Several buttons didn’t actually work such as the volume down, channel down, guide and power buttons. The wifi speeds were abysmal and we had to use our phone as a mobile hotspot to get adequate internet service.The pillows were awful. They were hard, flat bricks. The clock in our room hadn’t been set either. The hotel doesn’t perform any daily housekeeping tasks on the rooms. The trash was never taken out and towels never replaced. When we called the front desk to replace the towels they informed us that this is not something they do and that there was a sign in the lobby stating that we have to request it. The front desk person came to our room to replace the towels and stated they would be replaced “piece by piece”. When we went to check out the front door was locked again and we had to call the front desk person to let us in again. While we didn’t have high expectations there was an assumption that for a room that was over $100 a night to deliver adequate and kind service. There didn’t appear to be anyone else working at the hotel except for the gentleman at the front desk. All our interactions unfortunately were with him. We would not recommend this hotel.
