1. On the first day of breakfast, there were only bread slices, no eggs, ham and other hot food, and there were no bread slices in the next few days. (Breakfast is included in my order. )2. When I checked in on the first day, I saw that it was very messy and not cleaned. Later, after the hotel staff came in and cleaned it. 3. During I took a shower, I found that there was no shampoo, only conditioner, so I had to call to send it. What's more worse, there was no hot water in the middle of the shower. 4. The air conditioner in the room is particularly dirty and moldy to the naked eye, so I didn't dare to turn on the air conditioner these days.
I usually don't give bad reviews. Even if it's just one or two things mentioned above, I won't be angry, but these things together make me feel very bad. Even in the off-season of tourism, there are few customers, but as long as you are open for business, you should try best to do everything well.

Overall, good hotel for sleeping. Not everything (cups, coffee or toiletries) were filled in room, breakfast was jugs of milk/ juice from the store, no actual hot breakfast. There were no beverage machines working & vending machines were completely empty.

Reserved a king bed. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk told us they didn’t have one available after we had already paid for our room. Offered 2 queen beds instead. Under New management and seemed very rude.

It was the worst experience I have had! No one was at the front desk, the room I reserved was supposed to have 2 beds and they tried to say they are renovating and can't give me a two bed room. Then they finally gave us one and half the lights didn't work and the TV didn't work. Our girls were excited to get to swim, which is why we booked there.. and they said the pool is closed and has been for a while now and we couldn't swim. The vending machines were empty and there was no coffee. The waffle machine was broken and all they offered for their continental breakfast was cereal. Just a horrible experience all around. The employee at the front desk was never there and we had to call a number to get a hold of her. Just a disappointment of a place to stay! Do not recommend.

The large motel was mostly vacant, not over half of a dozen cars in the lot. We were given a room as far away from the front desk as possible. Upon entering the room we discovered that there was only one towel. I walked up to the desk to ask for more towels and was given one more. We had been on the road all day were tired and hungry, only to find that the pop and snack machines were both completely empty. Breakfast the next morning was terrible, ice cold powdered eggs, we simply left and went to breakfast elsewhere. Dreary place, we shall never go back there again.

I have stayed here many times before but i will never again. The a/c didn’t work, had to hard reset tv myself to finally get it to work, the bath tub literally took an 1.5 hr to fill, and there was a balloon behind chair and kids toy in night stand. The bath tub is stained and looks dirty and half the lights don’t even work. This was the worst experience that won’t get my business again. The place is literally getting ran down.

I was not told any information about the offerings of the hotel (breakfast times, etc). There was crumbs on the floor, especially under chairs. One the first morning of my stay, the breakfast was not ready when the signs said it would be. I was given a handicap-friendly room, and while I am not hating or disrespecting them, I had to sit or bend to get a shower.
I’ve stayed in numerous hotels for my job over the years. This goes down as the least satisfactory.
