1. On the first day of breakfast, there were only bread slices, no eggs, ham and other hot food, and there were no bread slices in the next few days. (Breakfast is included in my order. )2. When I checked in on the first day, I saw that it was very messy and not cleaned. Later, after the hotel staff came in and cleaned it. 3. During I took a shower, I found that there was no shampoo, only conditioner, so I had to call to send it. What's more worse, there was no hot water in the middle of the shower. 4. The air conditioner in the room is particularly dirty and moldy to the naked eye, so I didn't dare to turn on the air conditioner these days.
I usually don't give bad reviews. Even if it's just one or two things mentioned above, I won't be angry, but these things together make me feel very bad. Even in the off-season of tourism, there are few customers, but as long as you are open for business, you should try best to do everything well.

I have stayed here many times before but i will never again. The a/c didn’t work, had to hard reset tv myself to finally get it to work, the bath tub literally took an 1.5 hr to fill, and there was a balloon behind chair and kids toy in night stand. The bath tub is stained and looks dirty and half the lights don’t even work. This was the worst experience that won’t get my business again. The place is literally getting ran down.

I was not told any information about the offerings of the hotel (breakfast times, etc). There was crumbs on the floor, especially under chairs. One the first morning of my stay, the breakfast was not ready when the signs said it would be. I was given a handicap-friendly room, and while I am not hating or disrespecting them, I had to sit or bend to get a shower.
I’ve stayed in numerous hotels for my job over the years. This goes down as the least satisfactory.

Initially found my room and just outside my room, in the hall, l smelled disgusting odor (smoke). Opened the door and WOW!!! I could not stay the night in that room!! Went to front desk and requested another room (many available as there was no one there!!) Turned on the television, broken, back to the front desk. Desk attendant came to room, tried to fix and gave up after 5 minutes and said yup its broken!! Found bugs crawling in sink. Cont. brkfast- no hot options, waffle maker broken, milk in fridge- spoiled. I would have left if not for company travel.

I was put in the adjoining building. The door to the outside was propped open all night, supposedly due to the rain. There was no coffee in the room, no kleenex. The curtain was broken so i pushed a chair up against the wall to hold the curtain against the wall.

I thought the stay was very comfortable. Sheets and towels nice and soft. The Desk manager (Cory) was dealing with an unruly guest but treated us with respect.
On the downside, the TV wasn't connected to the Internet. And the door latch didn't latch smoothly. I had to lift up on the door to get it to engage. Needs to be addressed.
