Osage Casino Hotel - Bartlesville

Couldn’t make the trip due to illness. Tried to call and the hotel and let them know just to be nice. It was non-refundable and I didn’t want to try to get my money back or anything like that. I could never reach the front desk. Tried several numbers and multiple tried to transfer me but never could get their front desk and no one cared. Haha! I was like are y’all serious? Kind of glad we had to skip the stay seems like kind of an unorganized mess there.

Very nice staff! Super clean and personalized visit! Love the extra touches they add to make your stay memorable! Will def come back!

The rooms were fine as this is a new hotel however, I mostly chose the hotel because it had streaming to the television to watch movie. However, I was in two different room, and both barely has any Internet signal and the four nights that I was there I was only able to streamone movie because it just would not work in either room. The other issue that I had was with the evening Front Desk supervisor, The order on ******* was messed up because I chose the room via the pictures, so I chose what I thought was a double queen and I was given a king room, and they refused to change it. I did request to be as near to the entrance as possible for my disabled mother, when I found that it had Internet issues and came back to tell her she said “well, that’s the closest we have to be entry and that’s what you requested, sorry” and didn’t even offer any resolution, not even to move me! I wasn’t able to change my room until the next morning when the front desk clerk offered to change my room automatically and actually took the time to go to the room that she was changing me to, to make sure that the Internet service worked, when that room for whatever reason had no Internet also she moved me to a different room but we verified that that one was working before she moved me to it, even though the Internet was working, it still was not allowing streaming service to the television, so that was disappointing, but I was at least able to get my work and schoolwork.

Well they couldn't find my reservations. I had to pay at the hotel and you charged me for it so I would like my money refunded please.

Brand new hotel everything is beautiful. Had a room on the ground floor couldn't have been any better

Brand new facility so not much too complain about. Like all the rest I love this one.

Overall.stay was pretty good. Checking in took a little longer than it should, but only 1 person working the front desk will do that. Room was nice and clean. But they skimp on the toiletries. Very cheap toilet paper.

Need to upgrade the beds. There too hard. Woke up too my back hurting. Also the elevators are too loud when it gets to your floor, saying going up, going down...

Clean and comfy!
