Great size rooms and views. Lots of options on the property for couples and families. You don't even have to leave the property the whole time you stay. They have great customer service all over the resort. Love the coffee shop! Front Desk is easy and fast check in and out

A few words I would use to describe this resort are comfortable, clean, and convenient amenities! Excellent customer service! The coffee bar was delicious with great customer service as well. Even traveling alone on business I felt completely safe.

I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful all the staff was during our stay. Okay here comes the “but”, but I was really surprised at how worn the rooms were. The bathroom door was damaged from previous water damage and the room wasn’t the cleanest. My daughter found a used tissue inside the covers of her bed, after she had slept in the bed for the night. Dusty areas that should have been cleaned. I am a former hotel housekeeper and I really check the cleanliness of the rooms. I realize it’s the off season but it seemed a lot of shortcuts were taken in the room getting cleaned.

Margaritaville has it all! Our family reunion was a huge success with all the amenities of this resort! The coffee shop is fabulous! We enjoyed the water park, the indoor pool, playing foosball and pool and the arcade was just great for the younger ones! Our sleeping rooms were situated all together with a gorgeous view of the lake! We enjoyed delicious meals at Landshark Bar and Grill and JB's Boathouse, plus the service was over the top everywhere we went from the time we booked our stay until checkout! We'll be back!!!

I love the fact my son enjoyed his spring break here he couldn't stop smiling he wants to come back for his birthday.Working 3 jobs and going to school we take advantage of getting a break going on a mini trip. My son always like going to Waterpark he loves water, I try to take him atleast once a year.

My husband was there for a conference. Our room was a mile away from conference center, extremely out dated with filthy dirty carpet. Looked like they put a band aid on the unit by updating the fixtures in the bathroom sink. That is where the updates ended. Not inexpensive rooms. $250+ per. Also took over an hour to check in, long lines that were not efficiently addressed. They would check you in, then walk over to another area to get a map to explain your location! Very poorly organized. Last trip there for us!!

We spent 2 nights at Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks in February. We had a room overlooking the lake, which made for beautiful morning views. The coffee shop served good coffee and baked goods, my only complaint being the service could be a little slow due to staffing. We ate dinner twice at JB's boathouse grill, and the food and drinks were great. The kids meals are large, so if you have small children with little appetites, it may be worth splitting or saving some for later. We spent most of one day at the water park, and the kids enjoyed the water slides (good variety of sizes for different ages and courage), pool, lazy river, pretzels and burgers. They also serve alcoholic beverages if you care to indulge while at the water park. The staff was always friendly, and even gave us a golf cart ride from our room to the water park, which made for a quick trip. We hope to make a return trip during the summer to enjoy more of the amenities that were closed during the winter. Can't beat the views or the price!

Great little place for family friendly weekend. Indoor pool is awesome. Water park is smaller than expected but the kids still had a blast
