The location is fantastic; you can see the hotel right from Fukushima Station. There's a food street downstairs and a Hankyu supermarket (definitely worth a visit if you have time! Lots of great, affordable stuff).
When we checked in, staff helped us use the self-service machine, and our luggage, which we'd sent ahead via Yamato Transport, was brought out to us at the same time.
The front desk area also provides complimentary toiletries like toothbrushes and combs, as well as tea bags, for guests to pick up themselves.
The room is small but has everything you need, though you can really only open one suitcase. 😂
Later, we needed to send our luggage to the airport. Luckily, we found a Chinese-speaking staff member, but we still had to fill out all the forms ourselves. I'm not sure why all the guides I read said the front desk would help with this. Since we can't write Japanese, it took us almost half an hour to fill out the three forms.
There's also a really delicious yakitori place near the hotel! I highly recommend checking it out.

The location is fantastic, super convenient for getting to any attraction or city. Shopping is a breeze with pharmacies, malls, and supermarkets everywhere. Plus, there's a direct airport shuttle to both Kansai Airport and Itami Airport. Dining is also incredibly easy; the 8th floor downstairs has all sorts of delicious food options, and you can even pay directly with WeChat Pay.

Considering Japanese standards, the room size was quite good. We could comfortably open both a 28-inch and a 20-inch suitcase after shifting the table and chairs. The room was clean, and the complimentary toiletries were nice. While the towels were thinner than what we're used to in Chinese hotels, they were perfectly sufficient and spotless. The hotel's location is undoubtedly its biggest asset; getting to Universal Studios Japan and Umeda was both fast and incredibly convenient. There are plenty of dining options and convenience stores right downstairs, plus a supermarket not too far away. Highly recommended!

Hotel is nice, new, and good location in the city heart of Osaka. If you like to shopping, Lucau , Yodobashi, Kitte is only 5-10mins walk, which is super good for me, as I don't like to stay a little bit away from the crowd area. Hotel room is clean and the arrangement is nice. and the breakfast area is super beautiful, which is the design I like, worth to spend a day breakfast here.

The front desk offers self-check-in, and there are a lot of Chinese guests staying here. The location is excellent, right next to the airport limousine bus stop and Osaka Station, making it very convenient to get to Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara. Downstairs is Sanbangai, next to the D.D.HOUSE food mall, and the street downstairs is also packed with eateries. There's also Daikoku Drugstore downstairs, and it's within walking distance to Umeda Lucua, Daimaru, Hankyu, and other department stores, which is incredibly convenient. The downside is that because it's so close to Osaka Station, there's a constant train noise. While it's not super loud, it's always there, so it might not be ideal for those sensitive to noise.
Location: Probably the only hotel located right inside Shin-Osaka Station. You don't even need to exit the station; just head to the north exit and you're there.
Facilities: The rooms are cramped. If you have large luggage, this isn't the place for you. Don't book a queen room for two people – you'll be constantly bumping into things just trying to move around.
Service: Mostly self-service, but there was a friendly guy at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and the service was good.

This five-star hotel, with over 30 years of history, is nestled between Hankyu and Umeda. The doorman's service was excellent, truly making guests feel at home. We booked a quad room with two generously sized beds. The bathroom was quite spacious, and compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan this trip, despite the slightly older toilet, it was still very good overall. The hotel service was great, and housekeeping was thorough. There are several restaurants to choose from within the hotel, but just across the street, along the subway line, there's a fantastic food street with many small eateries worth trying.
The ideal hotel experience… really I feel like a princess!
Everything is so nice and well thought out, even in the economy room, there are nightgowns and slippers and even a shoe shine kit, they even provide a 3-type charger in the room. The beds are perfectly comfortable. The bath is so deep and relaxing, and the shampoo and conditioner are really nice quality! There are even vending and ice machines on every floor, I recommend to pair a cold drink with your bath. The view looks onto the Flower Road and it’s very nice.
The breakfast is amazing, everything is delicious and very well thought out. The omelet cooked by hand and the cake of the day were the highlights, there is also a very nice salad bar. I recommend the rose hip tea to pair with your breakfast, it’s refreshing and doesn’t have too much sugar.
The hotel is also only 2 minutes walk from the Takarazuka Grand Stage, we were able to have a relaxing breakfast, leave our luggage in the lockers near reception, and then stroll over for the 11am performance.
