Henn na Hotel Properties in Osaka

I chose this hotel for both my arrival and departure. The breakfast view was amazing! While the food selection wasn't huge, the taste was quite good. It's right next to an outlet mall and a 24-hour duty-free shop. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Standout point Check-in and check-out are done by robot-dinosaur figures, which looks quite unique. You could also call for an employee, in case you prefer it that way. Location Hotel has a good location - fairly close to the railway station, so going to Nara and Kyoto will not be a problem. Also really close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, if you are into that kind of activity. Personally, a downside to it is that it is in Americamura, and people looking for a more traditional experience might find that not ideal. Only once have we heard any noises from the partiers, and by 10pm it already was quiet, so that is very good considering the location. Amenities and cleanliness The cleanliness level was good. Breakfast Pretty simple, fairly good. Main plate was the same every day we were there, and you could also take pastries, soup and drinks as you wanted from the buffet.

We had the best time here! The room was perfectly sized to fit us and our suitcases. The bathroom and bath were great to have the proper Japanese wash. USB outlets made it easy to charge our devices and the downstairs lounge was perfect to stop in for our delicious breakfast onigiri, midday snack or nighttime drinkies. Staff were so helpful when we arrived early so we could store our bags and immediately go sightseeing. Location is great and you’re so close to shopping and eating places as well as the train station nearby too. The icing on the cake was the cool animatronic dinosaurs at check in. Cannot fault my stay here at all and will definitely come back here next time I’m in Osaka.
