The 3:00 PM Bottleneck: Because the hotel strictly forbids early check-ins... guests have to wait until the exact same minute is taxing especially for seniors after a long flight 😅 manual, human check-in assistance should be provided for them. The kiosk system is clearly designed with young travelers in mind. Anyway the hotel is conveniently located next to the station and in the business district with many offices nearby. Eateries here mainly cater for office workers.

This hotel is super good! It's only about 50 meters from Yodoyabashi subway station. It's not tucked away in an alley, but it's still very quiet. There's a FamilyMart convenience store about 100 meters away and a 7-Eleven about 200 meters away. You can also find plenty of great food options within a 10-minute walk. I stayed in a 25-square-meter room, which was a perfect size, and the bedding was excellent and very comfortable. They offer complimentary toiletries in the lobby, and check-in is self-service. The front desk staff are also very nice. Overall, I highly recommend it! My first visit to Osaka was very satisfying thanks to this stay!

Great 3-night stay in Osaka. Excellent location—2 mins from the station in a quiet area, 3 stops from Namba, and easy direct access to Kyoto. The room is spacious compared to the average hotel in Japan. The only issue was the AC. Our room was pretty hot, and even after the staff adjusted the settings, it didn't cool down much. Thankfully, they let us switch rooms for our last night, which was a bit more comfortable. Great service, just wish the AC was stronger.

This hotel is very close to Yodoyabashi subway station, which is super convenient. The surrounding area is full of financial and securities buildings, making it a very safe and quiet choice for solo female travelers. The room was clean and the facilities were new.

The room was quite spacious for one person, and I was able to open my 24-inch suitcase comfortably. The hotel is conveniently located near the Keihan Electric Railway and the subway, making transportation easy. The hotel also provides complimentary bottled water daily.

(1) The location is excellent, with a cafe and a Family Mart on the left, and a small Aeon mall and a subway station on the right. It's just one stop to Umeda. (2) The room is indeed very small; once my 26-inch suitcase is open, there's no space to walk. The bathroom, however, doesn't have any moldy smell. (3) I requested a quiet room and was given a room at the end of the hall, but it was close to the road. I could hear loud motorcycles at night in Osaka, so I barely slept well during those nights. (4) If you don't arrange for room cleaning, you have to go to the front desk to get water yourself, but it's limited to one bottle per person per day. (5) There are two washing machines on the B1 floor that accept WeChat Pay, and there's also an ice machine, which is very convenient. However, you'll usually have to queue to do laundry in the evenings.

A comfortable stay, room was clean. Service was a bit curt and could be better though. Amenities were very basic (no tea or coffee).

Although the room was small, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The free breakfast was simple and delicious, with rice balls and miso soup being a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite, and the self check-in/check-out process was smooth. There's also a convenience store downstairs. It offers great value for money and is very suitable for business travelers.

We love the room allocated to us and hotel is only 5 minutes distance from the station. Amenities were provided for self pick up and they were generous in providing the free daily breakfast. My husband had an overall excellent experience and told me he was satisfied with this hotel stay. The space was sufficient for our little toddler to run around and pack our luggages. The front desk staff may need help to understand English as we couldn’t communicate well about luggage agent picking up the luggages. Overall it was a pleasant stay at this hotel for our family

I booked a compact room, and it was indeed very compact. My 28-inch suitcase could fit in the aisle and open, so if you're looking to save some money on accommodation, this room is worth considering, as it has all the necessary facilities. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway station, but getting from the airport to Namba involves a bit of a walk for the surface transfer. It might be better to book a place directly at the Namba exit. The hotel breakfast consists of two triangular rice balls and a bowl of miso soup per person.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It’s located in business area so the area is a bit dead early in the night. Love the room, very clean and modern. Love the complimentary breakfast. There is a super market next door and a conbini around a few meters away. Will booked this hotel again if I go to osaka.

This is a great place, I've stayed twice and will definitely go again. The location is super convenient, just one subway stop from Umeda, and the hotel is very close to the subway exit. The room was small but well-equipped, clean, and odor-free. The location is convenient, close to the subway. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. For this price, it's excellent value for money and a great choice for a no-frills business trip.

Quite a bit big for hotel room in Japan. Polite staff. Nice location, very close to public train (Yodoyabashi sta.) Recommend for quick travel around Osaka and can come back for a quick break and drop off your shoppin bag.
