I stayed for 3 nights on the 25th floor so it’s so quiet, no noise. The room is clean with good amenities. The location is good. There is Lawson next to the hotel and also ramen restaurant.

We have pleasant 5nights stay and everything was good. The front desk always great us with welcome smile and the breakfast is good. Will definitely come back if we visit Osaka again.

Hotel room was perfect enough and location the nearest station maybe need walk around 1-2km so if you bringing big or heavy luggage you need walk very far but overall was perfect !

Booked the family room and it was awesome. Location was very convenient right next to Namba station. Only down side is they do not have laundry or coin laundry so something to take note.

Had a great stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. Rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and nice city views. Staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is convenient for exploring Osaka and accessing major attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located near Namba Station. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s about a 6 minute walk to Kuromon market and 15-20 minute walk to Shinsaibashi, which was perfect for exploring the area. While we didn’t use many of the hotel’s facilities, the room quality and prime location made our stay very enjoyable.
