Centara Grand Hotel Osaka

The room design is excellent, offering a great view of Osaka's night skyline. The location is superb, incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping. Takashimaya is just a few minutes' walk away, and Namba Subway Station is only a five-minute stroll. I had a wonderful experience! Though there were many Southeast Asian tourists. Also, I absolutely loved the coffee cups in the room; I wonder if they sell them, I'd really love to buy a set. 😄

The room was a standard twin, larger than typical Japanese hotels, with new and complete facilities. The location is super convenient for getting to the airport, Umeda, and Shin-Osaka. Plus, Namba Parks, City, and Takashimaya are all nearby for shopping. Breakfast was decent, and the Thai noodles were a pleasant surprise!

This hotel is super close to Namba Station, which is a major transportation hub. It's a new hotel with very new facilities. The room is a bit small but very well-designed, and the bedding is really comfortable. The hotel has a very 'Thai' scent, which is quite unique. It seems they don't usually offer free room upgrades, but when I arrived, the front desk proactively offered a discounted upgrade. The hotel is also very near to Takashimaya and other shopping spots. The Namba area is great for exploring, and you can get to Umeda in just four subway stops. Definitely worth staying here!

I requested a quiet room, but they gave me a low-floor room right next to the train tracks. The soundproofing was terrible, severely impacting my sleep quality. I didn't get a single good night's sleep over three nights. I could even feel the vibrations. Awful! I won't be staying here again!
