I had a really great time here at Casa G.S.
Everything was way beyond my expectations.
In terms of location, it took me only 5 mins on foot to reach Osakako train station, Chuo Line. With your luggage, you may chose to walk up stairs or take an elevator to and down the train station. You can also visit the nearby shopping mall (Tempozan Market Place) which is located near a beautiful bay, Osaka Aquarium Kaiyuka, and a big ferris wheel. A local bus stop is around 3 minutes away.
Tax-free shops, Japanese restaurants, convenience stores (Lawson, 7-11, Family Mart) can easily be reached in the area.
For room condition, fortunately I believe the place has been renovated for less than one year, so everything is very nice and clean. I stayed with my parents for 4 nights. The beds were hygienic and comfortable which was a plus to when you were exhausted after long walking days. It has all the necessities you can ever think of such as refrigerator, power socket, adapter, air-con, wet wipes and amenities.
The check-in/out, door-lock, and entry systems require no staff or any unlocking devices/tools to pass which were very convenient and secure.
An elevator is in place. This is crucial!
The lobby has a luggage storage area (free of charge) and a pantry where you can borrow or use necessary kitchenware.
Its bathroom may not be that spacious, but very clean and good enough for a short stay.
For those considering this place and making decisions, I do highly recommend with this reasonable price offered.

I used it for sightseeing, and if you just need a place to sleep, it's great value for money. The bathroom is a unit bath, and there's a slight smell of mold or drain, but it's fine once you use it. There's also a washer and dryer, so you can do your laundry, which is convenient. It's close to a convenience store, so the location is good too.

We stayed here as a family of four to attend the Osaka Expo. We emailed in advance to arrange check-in times, and everything went smoothly on the day.
Even though it was mid-summer in Osaka and the heat was unbearable, the hotel was very well-air-conditioned and comfortable.
The shower room was well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable enough to soothe our fatigue.
There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, and Osaka Port Station is right in front of it.
Other hotels don't have quadruple rooms, so this is recommended for families and groups.
I'd definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for work at the Osaka Expo.
It's only two stops from Yumeshima Station, and it's about a 5-minute walk from the station, so the location is great.
It's also a great place for people going to the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan.
There are convenience stores around the station, and many restaurants, although they aren't open late.
However, the check-in process was a pain.
I checked in using a tablet, and I thought, "Is this really what I get for the price?"
The walls are also thin.
The bathroom door shakes when you close it.
There is also no ventilation fan, so when I opened the bathroom door after a bath, the room was fogged up.
My room was by the window, so I could hear all the voices from outside.
There was no TV in the room.

Overall, all the rooms were kept clean, which was nice. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided in the shower, and a hair dryer and cotton swabs were also provided. The hair dryer had a sufficient amount of airflow, and I particularly liked that it didn't weaken even on the cold setting. However, self-check-in was difficult, so I would appreciate it if they could improve this aspect.
