KOKO HOTEL Osaka Namba Sennichimae

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's conveniently located near a subway station, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart, and close to Kuromon Market and Nipponbashi. The hotel is very clean, and they even offer luggage storage. I accidentally booked the wrong room type, and it was non-cancellable, so I just planned to make do. But surprisingly, the hotel upgraded me to a triple room! Japanese hotel rooms are generally small, but we were able to push the three beds together, leaving enough space to open a 26-inch and a 20-inch suitcase side by side. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. I'd recommend it for both shopping and sightseeing. It's a great choice. I especially liked that they don't enter the room for cleaning without permission, respecting guests' privacy.

Facilities: Decent, the bed was quite large, and there were plenty of charging outlets. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Environment: Very close to Nihonbashi Exit 2, which is its biggest advantage. There are many shopping options in Sennichimae and tons of dining and entertainment spots in Dotonbori. Service: The front desk staff had excellent English proficiency.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to popular attractions. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. I was especially touched when a Japanese staff member, Akito Ehara, spent a long time helping me find a clinic for my sick child. I didn't get a chance to thank him properly.

The hotel's location is superb, just 20 meters from the subway exit. It's only a few minutes' walk to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori, and the meeting point for Ctrip's day tours is right next to the hotel.

The breakfast was good. We were three people staying there, and the location was excellent. Although the room was small, it was very convenient for transportation and getting around. It was quite suitable, and the overall environment was clean and hygienic. Very good, satisfied.
