The hotel location is near JR West gate. A shopping mall next to this hotel has nice restaurants that always has long queues. The hotel room is sound proof and there is water dispenser outside the lifts of each level.

Really convenient to go Umeda sky building, a few stations with Trains to Namba nightlife and close to walk to metro station. Cleanliness, service, able to late check out upon request. Service was good

The room was great, a bit small but perfectly fine for a stay, and very clean – it was tidied up every day. The staff were all polite and had excellent attitudes. The location was fantastic, very convenient for transport. You could walk to all the major shopping malls within 15 minutes, and the airport shuttle stop was just a few minutes away. Highly recommended!

I loved staying here because I had plans in Kyoto and Osaka and I was able to accomplish all of those plans because I stayed here! This hotel is walking distance to west gate at Osaka station! Also there is a big mall next door and other walkable areas.

The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and accommodation options nearby. For Osaka, that's really good. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Osaka 🤔 It's so easy to shop 'til you drop! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

The room was very spacious, which was great for my solo trip, and the hotel's location was also very convenient. The only downside was the soundproofing; I kept hearing knocking from next door late at night. If I weren't a late sleeper, it would have really startled me.
