They have a complimentary welcome bar from 6 to 9 PM, offering a good variety of alcoholic beverages and unlimited soft drinks. For breakfast, besides the usual bread and Japanese-style dishes, you can also enjoy Osaka's famous takoyaki.

The location is great, though I initially went the wrong way, past the overpass. Actually, if you exit Shin-Osaka Station from the East Exit, walk straight to the end, take the elevator down to the first floor, turn left, then right at the first intersection, and walk straight, you'll reach the hotel's back entrance (it's probably about a 5-minute walk). You can choose your own pillow at the hotel, there's a hot spring, free drinks, and the breakfast is also good (as shown in the pictures on the official website, available every morning). I stayed for 5 days and didn't get tired of it; I particularly liked the curry rice and ochazuke. There's also a Lawson convenience store right outside, which is very convenient. It's highly recommended for families with young children.

Quoting Dwight Schrute - “it was a stay”. Glad there was food, but the hotel smelled musty throughout my whole stay. Should’ve done more research for better stays in Osaka.

It's a few mins walk to shin Osaka station. There are many places to eat in the train station building , and if you return late there is still the 24hr matsuya at the east exit. There is one and breakfast so it's quite value for money for a simple stay.

The extra pillows are provided to select. The spa is very good.

Just like the other Super Hotel, the room is very comfortable. The bedding is nice and clean, the staff are helpful, and the provided breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!
