Absolutely loved the hotel. Ideal location for subway. Daily food offering and beer in the lobby each evening. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Facilities: It has everything you need, just not a lot of space, but everything is new.
Cleanliness: Very clean. You have to choose between cleaning or fresh towels; we chose fresh towels daily.
Environment: The first floor and top floor are common areas, very comfortable, and great for playing board games with friends.

Lively Osaka was very cozy & very friendly staffs who all spoke decent English. Their hospitality was definitely one of the best I’ve been to in 🇯🇵 also a good size room for BIZ traveller (wish they offered 1 King instead of 2 twins). Bfast was acceptable but if u stay more then few nights might get tired of them since it’s the same daily! Overall was a nice experience & will for sure try their sister hotel chains in other cities!

The lively hotel Osaka was perfect - super clean and very comfortable. There was free beer between 6-7pm which had a life DJ as well.
Definitely would come back again

The cleanest place I’ve stayed at in Japan. Spacious, comfortable, modern. Only thing would be the staff at check in could be more polite, she came off really cold and judgy. Wouldn’t recommend if you are trying to meet people, better for a calm stay.

Nice environment in excellent location close to MRT. Good facilities and many amenities provided free of charge. Good selection of free hot and cold drinks available in the ‘work area’

Spent the weekend here with my wife and two daughters (5 and 9). We all had such and amazing time and the girls loved the bunk bed. One of the coolest hotels we have stayed at in mainland Japan and would definitely return!
