Big room, good price, amazing location! have everything you need.
However since they put the hotel as 5 star I expect to refill water bottle everyday with full amanities such as facial cleansing or bath salt :)

The East Building is just across the street from the West Building, but it's more expensive than the West Building, even though the West Building is newer and has a large public bath. So, if you're staying at this hotel, definitely choose the West Building first.
There was no room cleaning during my entire stay. I stayed for five consecutive days and not once was my room cleaned, which is a bit unacceptable.
The location is pretty good. Again, choose the West Building; it also has a Lawson convenience store downstairs.

This hotel is great, offering incredible value for money. They've streamlined unnecessary services, giving guests more autonomy. The location is unbeatable, making it super convenient to get to Umeda and Shinsaibashi. Taking the subway to the airport is also a breeze.

I stayed here for about a month in total. Very comfortable hotel with a great location and much more space than most hotels in Japan. Highly recommended.

For the Higobashi subway station, if you have large luggage, make sure to use Exit 10. It's the only exit with an elevator. Once you come up the elevator, turn left and walk straight to the end. When you reach the position shown in the second picture, turn left again and you're there.

Rooms in Japan are generally small, but this one was clean and had everything I needed. There's no daily housekeeping; you have to put used towels and trash bins outside your door for staff to collect. They'll then hang fresh towels on your doorknob. You can pick up toothbrushes and toothpaste at the front desk. They also have a scale there for weighing luggage, and a microwave in their office if you need help heating something up. Vending machines on the 2nd and 13th floors make it convenient to grab a drink.

The location is fantastic, literally only 200 meters from the subway station. Plus, a bit further down is Yodoyabashi Station, from where you can get to Kyoto for just 490 yen. There are plenty of food options around, including a ramen shop that has a queue stretching late into the night.
