The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions.

Nice and huge room. Suitable for family. Near to many convenience store like 7 11, Lawson. There are many trading cards shops around.

The hotel is ok, we stayed for 6nights. The interesting part is that the room service staff do not like to clear our rubbish despite it was already in the rubbish chute. It happened a few times. Overnight food in the rubbish chute was not cleared. There is no security guard in this hotel. But overall this hotel is seamless on check in and check out. They do not practice birthday cake to your door step but a voucher for redemption at bar counter with a scoop of ice cream.

Returning traveller to the same hotel whenever in Osaka! Location: Love this area with favorite eating places, shopping, and convenient train service to Kansai airport Room: Comfortable space for rest, eat and chill Service: Staff is fluent in English. Easily approachable Amenities: Highly recommend hotel to improve the wifi service. The in room free wifi is very weak and drops easily. It is disruptive and frustrating when in the midst of work/ transaction

Good location. Only couple minutes walk to Dotonburi and train station. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Rooms are good as expectation.

This hotel has a sustainability concept, means no water bottles or change bedsheets daily. My family is lucky to stay at the 5th floor where there’s easy access to washing machine and water dispenser. The cleanliness of the bedroom: the bed a bit dusty, making my legs itchy. Toilet is small typical Japanese bathrooms. Luggage delivery wise, u need to scan a qrcode and do it ourselves and later pass to the front desk before 10am. Staff service is professional, speak short and sweet. Location wise is quite convenient. Walking distance to kuromon market and 10min walk to shinsaibashi from namba. From namba station to hotel, there’s a long walk so families with old members need to find a cab. Easy to get a cab or uber since hotel is located roadside. For a 4-star hotel with expensive room price, there’s many “self-service” and hygiene issues I don’t think is worth it.
