The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi

Great location, but the room was a bit small. Thanks a lot, I really liked it and will definitely come back next time!

The hotel's high rating must be due to the free drinks and ramen. However, the service and hygiene definitely need improvement! On the evening of July 16th, I returned to the hotel and needed to pick up supplies, but the front desk was completely empty. I rang the bell on the desk dozens of times, but there were no staff members. I went downstairs five or six more times within about three hours, and the front desk was still empty, with the lights off. This resulted in me not being able to brush my teeth that night. I don't know what happened that day; how can such a large hotel have no staff at all? Are they not worried about emergencies? A few days later, I needed a shower cap and was told that the company was out of stock and currently had none. Furthermore, the room curtains were very thin, and we were woken up by the sun around 6 or 7 AM. The hygiene was also very mediocre. I will not consider staying here again!!

The room was clean, and although small, it was perfectly fine for 1 adult and 2 children. The ramen served in the evening was also delicious, and they even offered free coffee and drinks in the morning. If I ever come to Osaka again, I'll definitely choose this place.
