Excellent location! Walking distance to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi, and also to the subway. Rooms are small (as with other Japanese hotels) - the twin room was much more spacious than the double room (see photos attached). Friendly service with wonderful free events every 5-6pm. We tried takoyaki and the hairpin-making activity. The husband enjoyed the alcohol bar (beer, wine, sake, etc) and also the free ramen. Would definitely stay in this hotel again the next time we visit Osaka!

Great hotel! Good for value with great staff and service.
Provides complimentary food afternoon and night, and drinks 24hours each day!
Definitely revisiting again when I come to Osaka again.

Definitely will be back again …Clean & comfortable . Hotel still got provide FREE flow wine & beer and Ramen as well .The most caring part is got massage chair .After a long walk in Japan come back hotel can have a good massage is really satisfy .

Staff are friendly, helpful and amicable! Breakfast did not disappoint - although I hope they do bring back the "bento-style" plate during my first time stay back in 2024!
Will definitely come back again if I'm visiting Osaka, highly recommended 💯

Stayed there for 5 nights. Location good, clean, free massage chair, alcohol and Raman every night 👍staffs are also friendly. I enjoy my stay there.
