Excellent. Clean and odor-free.

The location is fantastic! Every day I woke up and just went shopping, it was incredibly convenient. The room was a bit small, but the bed was super comfortable. The hygiene was also excellent, no strange odors like some online reviews mentioned. This is definitely a hotel I'd stay at again. Oh, and you can buy direct shuttle bus tickets to the airport from the hotel, which is a huge plus!

Hotel Nikko is in a fantastic location! You can get to the lobby on the second floor right from the subway exit. Shinsaibashi is just across the street, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, transportation, and shopping. The hotel's price isn't too high, and the facilities inside are very clean. The bedding is top-notch, absolutely superb 👍🏻. It's definitely the first choice for families with kids.

Great location, very close to the subway station and Shinsaibashi, yet still quiet and peaceful. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff spoke good English, making communication very smooth. Highly recommended! Plus, they gave us a lot of vouchers.
