This is best i term of location with few minutes walk to mall, eateries, train station to Kobe,Kyoto,Namkai airport train,etc.
Hotel breakfast simple but good healthy and many seat.
Laundry service on 7th floor but only 600 for wash and dry machine.
Microwave at lounge is available to heat up Bento from next door, Lawson store.
Counter can provide the chopstick and spoon if needed. There are luggage lock to hold after check out.
Staff can speak good English and helpful.
Room cleaning great.
Overall, strongly recommended.

The hotel has a hot spring bath on the second floor, but our room was facing the road, so it was a bit noisy at night. It seems to be a popular choice for tour groups, and the public transport links aren't the best. Also, there aren't many good food options nearby in the evenings.

Everything is neat, clean and organized. You would rarely need help from the staff as everything is efficiently planned based on what their guests would need. I love their buffet breakfast, and free flow of coffee and tea all day. Their ice station and laundry area is a big help.
Location wise, very close to Shinsaibashisuji shopping district and other train stations. Would definitely be back.

Express Bus to Kansai Airport is conveniently located near the hotel at Doton plaza.

This is my second time staying at the Comfort Hotel Shinsaibashi.
1. The hotel staff are polite, welcoming, and provide excellent, professional service.
2. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The size of the room is acceptable.
3. The location is fantastic. Shinsaibashi and Namba are right nearby, making it convenient to return to the hotel after shopping. There are also many dining options in the vicinity.
4. The hotel includes breakfast. The vegetables at breakfast are great, though other items are just average.
5. To get to Kansai Airport: Take the Sakaisuji Line to Tengachaya (Nankai Electric Railway) and then to Kansai Airport.
6. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, accessible by escalator. The ground floor entrance can be a bit hard to find (see attached photo).
Overall, the hotel is excellent and very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

This hotel is located right in the bustling Shinsaibashi shopping district of Osaka. At night, the bars and yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurants downstairs can get quite lively, and you'll occasionally hear sports cars roaring by. If you're a light sleeper, it's best to bring your own earplugs. We, however, were so tired after a day of sightseeing that we fell asleep as soon as we lay down. The location is very convenient for getting around, with the Keihan Line just about a 10-minute walk away. The Western-style breakfast in the morning was really good. My only minor complaint is that the bed was a bit small; it felt a little cramped for two people.
