Mercure Tokyu Stay Osaka Namba

The room was quite spacious, more than enough for two people and two 28-inch suitcases to open up. The double bed also had ample space. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a Refa hairdryer and showerhead. There was also a washing machine, which was very convenient for doing laundry in the room – I even fell in love with the detergent, it worked so well! Aside from the room being a bit dark, everything else was great.

The environment is beautiful, with Louis Vuitton in front and Fendi behind. It's just a short walk to Dotonbori River and the subway station, which is very convenient. The room is also nice.

Great hotel location, just a left turn out the door to Shinsaibashi. There are convenience stores, pubs, and yakiniku restaurants right outside. The hotel facilities and services are also excellent, and they have Chinese-speaking front desk staff, which is very convenient for travelers.

The hotel's environment and facilities are excellent. The room we booked had a washing machine and microwave, which was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. Dotonbori is just across the road. The front desk staff were also very patient and friendly. There's a small gym, but it has limited equipment.
