This was my third time staying at your hotel, and due to personal reasons, I ended up staying for 20 consecutive nights this time. The hotel's basic facilities are quite comprehensive; the room had an air purifier, microwave, and sink, and the space was sufficient. There was plenty of storage with a safe, cupboards above and below, and even space under the bed for belongings. Towels, toothbrushes, and other amenities could be replaced by staff upon request, and the room had no unpleasant odors. What the hotel lacks is that the air conditioning in the room is too noisy and needs improvement. Just outside the hotel, on Sakaisuji Road, there's a Sugi Pharmacy store that sells a variety of food items like chocolates and biscuits, which are tax-free, and you can even get a discount if you spend over 10,000 yen. I've stayed at three other hotels in this vicinity, and yours offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth recommending.
This was my first time visiting Osaka, and since I wasn't familiar with the area, I booked this hotel for 5 nights based on its good reviews. Our flight was early, and after a long, tiring journey, especially for us older folks, we were really hoping to check in early, even if it meant paying for an extra night. However, the hotel's official check-in time is 3 PM. I had contacted Trip.com beforehand, and they told me the hotel had agreed to a 12 PM check-in, but the front desk said they hadn't received any such notification and that same-day bookings weren't possible. So, we had no choice but to wait. Another surprising thing was that bottled water isn't provided in the room – this was a first for me. Also, the soundproofing in the room isn't great. Aside from these issues, everything else was fantastic. Of course, we understand that hotels have their own rules. There was a gentleman at the front desk who spoke Chinese and patiently explained how to take the train, where to go for fun, what to watch out for, etc. He was incredibly detailed and thoughtful. The room was cleaned daily and kept spotless. Outside the hotel, there's a hot spring, and it's very close to both the subway and JR lines, plus there are convenience stores like FamilyMart nearby, making it super easy to buy things. Overall, I really love this hotel. My trip was a bit rushed this time, and I didn't stay long enough. Next time, I plan to stay longer and will definitely book here again.

this is more small dorm style rather than a hotel room, had a working desk and pantry. bathroom ceiling walls were a bit dirty (black spots). location wise was a 6min walk from the nearest train station. room was quite spacious. but no daily housekeeping (no change of towels, rubbish clearing). probably wouldnt stay again

”I stayed at Hotel MyStays Shin-Osaka for 3 nights and had a wonderful, stress-free stay. The room was clean and well-appointed with thoughtful touches like comfortable cotton pajamas and a wide range of complimentary skincare amenities near the reception. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the quiet atmosphere, which made for a very restful experience. It felt very safe and welcoming—I would definitely stay here again!
Loved the proximity to the station and nearby convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. The staff were professional, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. Excellent value for the price!.
Really liked the fact that they agreed to store our luggage on the day of our check out, so that we could explore places in Osaka and come back later to collect it.

The hotel room was amazing, very spacious as per photo. We arrived early which the staff let us leave our luggage at the reception. They even send our luggage to our room once the room is ready! So we just have to go straight to our room after a long day.
There is a laundrette nearby the hotel.
They even have convenient stores front and back of the hotel, and some restaurants nearby! (The oden was so goodddd)
The only con is it’s quite a walking distance from the nearby train station.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. My first stay was last March. During check-in, the front desk staff asked if I needed a 'ryoshūsho' (receipt). Since I hadn't used Japanese in a while, I didn't quite catch it at first. The staff quickly rephrased it in Chinese as 'fapiao' (invoice), which made me feel that their service was very professional. I chose this hotel again this year, and the staff are still very welcoming. I wonder if Mr. Kumita (I think that was his name) still works here... Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway. It's not far from Umeda to the north or Namba and Dotonbori to the south. There are also many highly-rated restaurants on Tabelog nearby, satisfying all your entertainment, shopping, and dining needs.
